Jaindl Farms — Local services in North Whitehall Township

I contacted this company on August 28th introducing myself and my husband and our business. I explained how we do stuff for the community and asked if they could sponsor us or allow us to purchase turkeys whole sale price. Let’s start by saying they never acknowledge my email and I had called 2 times after sending the email and no response. On the 3rd phone call attempt I got a woman who said she had been working there for 40 years but was very condescending and would not even allow me to speak. I explained to her how we help the community and she claimed this company does as well but no one in the inner city has ever heard of this company DOING ANYTHING FOR THE COMMUNITY. She was more defensive then helpful then a few days later sent me a email saying they won’t sponsor us to give free turkeys to the community but will allow to purchase them at wholesale. Here is the SO CALLED WHOLESALE price menu. These are regular prices in the store. It’s a shame when you try your best to help others and no one cares. My husband and I get NOTHING FOR HELPING the community but we feel if we have the ability to help others we would like to. This company claims they help the community too but like they say .... the proof is in the pudding so I posted what they sent me so everyone can see this company DOES NOTHING FOR THE INNER CITY. we chose to go with another turkey company after receiving this email. When I told them the price this company gave they could not believe it and offered to sponsor us some turkeys as well as sell ACTUAL WHOLESALE PRICE ones. If this is how this company is run imagine how the turkeys MUST NOT BE which is fresh from what I’m reading in the other reviews....

I have been ordering Jaindl Turkeys for my family for a few years. This Year again I paid a premium to have a "SHIPPED FRESH" turkey delivered to my family. When receiving the Turkey it was 50% frozen. The turkey was shipped over night from PA to NY the temperature hi/lo on 11/19 was 50 & 40. It did not freeze in transit.

This Company is advertising "Fresh" and shipping frozen turkeys. I would not do business...
