We had a very good friend's sister pass away and wanted to send flowers. I located a florist with beautiful flowers and great reviews in the same town. I placed the order on Monday in the morning and received a cancellation late in the afternoon on Tuesday with the only explanation that they were closed. The funeral is on Wednesday not leaving me anytime to locate another florist not to mention that no other florist delivers to this remote little town. I am trying to understand and I do not like writing bad reviews but this cancellation has placed me in a very bad position. I have tried phoning and emailing but there has been no answer. In the email cancellation I was told that my credit card would be refunded but I have not received it as of yet. Elegant Creations Flowers was a blessing to my husband when he was in need of making an order from New Jersey for South Carolina. The arrangements were created and delivered with professional care. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making this purchase. The final outcome was beautiful and went beyond our expectations. i would give her one star if it would let me. i called to ask about some flowers for my wedding and center pieces, i have seven bridesmaids and im going to need about 30 center pieces, she was extremely rude said she had a long distance phone call on the other line and for me to call back and then hung up. well i hope she reads this, because i WILL NOT be calling back and i am expecting to spend well over $500 on flowers so i will just take my money...
