Placed a order via Door Dash. When the food arrived one of the sandwiches I order was totally incorrect from what I ordered. I ordered a deli ham sandwich on a Kaiser roll, in the Door Dash special instructions I noted American Cheese, no lettuce, no tomato. When I opened the sandwich it was ham & cheese on rye bread with lettuce, tomato and onion. When I called the store and explained what happened to the guy on the phone he blamed it on Door Dash for them not telling him correctly when they called him. So I asked about getting the correct sandwich he rudely said I’ll make one but who will deliver it. I told him I will call Door Dash. Which I did. Door Dash said they would put in a new delivery order for the correct sandwich, which they did. I waited 10 minutes or so and it was still saying the restaurant was confirming my order. I then tried to call the store several times to give him a heads up on the new order and no one answered it went to a voicemail. I even blocked my number and tried and still no answer. Door Dash then called me back saying there was a issue confirming my order and they cancelled it. I feel since the mistake was made making the sandwich and I called to get it fixed the guy on the phone decided to not accept more Door Dash orders and was not taking any calls. This is the best market around. The new owner Is the nicest person. He has changed everything in the store to make it so convenient to actually get almost everything you need.
