One of my favorite places to relax until today! I was walking around waiting for a friend to check out and I stumbled upon a display that was behind a counter near the check out area. I walked to it to take a glance at the cameo brioches inside and as soon as I stood back up the worker raised her voice at me to get out from behind the counter. I was instantly humiliated and mortified, had to hide my tears from the entire front of the store. There was no sign telling me I couldn’t go there and why would you have a display sitting back there if I couldn’t browse it? I even took a photo of the area so I could show others and make sure I’m not crazy? There were a million kinder ways she could have spoken to me. I am quite a shy soul and I never mean any harm, I always follow the rules. The way I was spoken to startled me so badly and was so unnecessary, I am so crushed. Please be aware of how you...

Unfortunately, they do not allow any bags of any kind, including diaper bags. While they provide lockers, you will have to have a small purse to actually fit in the locker provided. Therefore we were unable to spend much time due to these restrictions as we had a baby. The reason we gave a one start was because when we inquired if diaper bags were an exception, we were met the the reply 'even' and then she laughed. Customer service standards would suggest a reply of "unfortunately, that includes diaper bags. I am sorry." It was not a welcoming experience. Since the lockers did not have the capacity to hold a diaper bag we took it back to the car. So when the baby got fussy we just left. Hope they do better...

This place is utterly gigantic! They have street names for the aisles inside to help with the confusion and to keep from getting lost. To be sure, there is something for everybody. You can find good prices there pretty easily, but there are a good number of booths that are on the higher side. It's set up more as a boutique than strictly an antique store but it's so big there's a little of everything. It doesn't feel quite as clean or well organized as some antique stores I've been to, but again it's massive and I think they do a pretty good job for the sheer size of it. It's quaint and charming and you can find just about anything here. Well worth a visit, just be sure to give yourself plenty of...
