Disclaimer* I take responsibility for my part in this, but the management needs to train their staff way better than they are. The cashiers were kind and courteous, but when I was making my son's order and then my own, it slipped my mind that I've very recently developed an anaphylactic reaction to tomatoes. Enter my responsibility. I should've known better and that's why I didn't lay into the staff for their mistake, but they got lucky from a lawsuit jerkoff standpoint bc had I been a jerkoff, their store could've paid dearly. My son reminded me of the tomato allergy I'm still getting used to, and I quickly asked if my enchilada order was made with any tomatoes. Without flinching the TWO cashiers both told me that there were not tomatoes in this dish. It's a great thing I'm from Texas and know better. When I got it, we pulled the chips off of the top of the meal and the Spanish rice was full of tomato chunks, not little garnish sized glints either. Chunks so BIG even a caveman would know that there are tomatoes in this. I couldn't eat anything but a couple of the chips and when I ate one that had been touching thr tomatoes, my entire torso felt like it was on fire in a matter of minutes. Thank God I had my son and an EpiPen jic I'd taken their word for it and eaten. The young, heavy set young man that took my order was very rude to me when I was trying to sort out what I had. There was another young lighter hair that attempted to step in to sort out and assisted me with the bags to the car, very nice and respectful. Initially, I had called to make the order, so as not to come in. I was told by the older black man that answered the phone that I could not order over the phone.... They could not make the order until we got there. My intentions were to order and pay from my car as not to have to enter the building.
It was total confusion when I asked that the non microwave items to be put in another bag for traveling. I will really be hard pressed to spend more money in...
Read moreI just left from there they had my order backwards and it was just warm not hot,told the cashier at the window so that it could be fixed,she gave it to the cooks and then she turned around and brought the bag to the window.Before i pulled off for the second time I checked the order.Turns out she gave me the same damn food back,now the manager appears at the window and told me that he would fix it over fresh which was why I came back in the first reason.While he's doing that i can see the employees mouthing off as if I'm in the wrong, and the cashier in the window laughing as if its funny.The point is they need to have better customer service skills if they are going to be working to serve guest.Remember the guest perception of your employees means alot.And then got home and all the did was change the wraps around.I will...
