The first time I went in, the people were friendly, answering any questions I had at all about anything. They gave recommendations and tried to help with my problem. I have a severe toothache going on and went in to see if they knew more or knew of any dentists in the area that could take me. The 2nd time, when I went in, there was a different person on the line whom the Nurse called for no real reason. The 2nd time I was in speaking with them, I knew the only help I could get was going to be from a dentist, that of which there are little to none available on the weekend nor in the week. So, when the Nurse put Mrs Candetta on the line, Candetta decided it would be smart to obliterate me with disrespect and yell that I wasn't understanding her. The fact that this was allowed, and that I literally did nothing to provoke this, shows that Candetta is someone who is fine with hitting someone when they are down. Knowing damn well I'm in extreme pain, why not also dump disrespect and ignorance into the mix to attempt to make my day worse? Everyone else at this place is really cool and decent though. Besides, Mrs. Candetta. Never have I ever had someone randomly go off on me for wanting to know the answer to a question about if they knew any personal nurses or anything like that. Sorry, but she needs to lose her job. I don't know who else she has spoken to like that, but if it were a different day and I had time on my hands, let's just say she would be getting an ear full. This needs to...
Read moreNot a good experience here in ER. Nurse practitioner forced my leg down for an xray in a painful position that “had to be done” after I fell. I had a MAJOR hip/pelvis surgery a few months ago, there were other ways to get this xray but, instead my leg was literally pushed down & forced in a painful way to get the xray she needed. So doing that caused me more unnecessary pain. They also did not document it as a fall but just “hip pain” & it wasn’t listed as trauma either. I didn’t feel like I was properly evaluated or treated with compassion & gentleness. I’m not here to bash anyone or state names but, instead I am leaving a review because no one should ever have their leg forced in a painful position for a xray when there is other ways to get the image that was needed. I know this from experience from many X-rays due to hip dysplasia. I also have many family members in the health care field. Not a good experience. I also felt so exposed and was not given a night gown or shorts before xray. I was super embarrassed & uncomfortable as well but my biggest issue was having my leg forced in a position that was too painful after I fell. Thank you to the nurse with shorter hair & xray technician man who did treat me with kindness though, so I’d like to acknowledge those two individuals in a positive way. Alls I can pray for is healing for myself & lessons to be learned. Thankfully I am ok but what was done was,...
Read moreI had to stay at the hospital for a couple of nights and the nurses and staff were so wonderful. Every single one was so caring and kind and made sure I was okay every step of the way. I want to give a special mention to Hailey, Stacie, Tasha, and Annette. They went above and beyond and made me feel at home as possible. And of course, Dr. Stein is probably the most thorough doctor I’ve had and you can tell she truly cares about...
