Buyer Beware!!! Do not order flowers from this place unless you expect to pay for something and receive nothing. I paid the full amount for a flower arrangement and a delivery fee to have them delivered at my Mother's residence for Mother's Day. It was never delivered to the address, nothing at all was delivered. I've tried contacting them by phone numerous times and no one ever answers and it goes to voicemail in which I'm unable to leave message because the voicemail is full. I've sent several texts to them and gotten no response, and I've sent numerous emails and have gotten no reply back. They have made no attempt, in any way, to contact me with an explanation or offered me refund. When I go to their website, info@nortonvafloral.com, and look at my order it shows that the flowers had been delivered. That is not true at all! Nothing was ever delivered to the address they have on file. They took my money, ignored my phone calls , texts, and emails, and have not offered any explanation to why I didn't receive my order or why it has never been delivered , or offered any type of resolution. Used online service to order flowers for my nephews funeral in Kentucky, I live in NC! Arrangement was pitiful, not what I had ordered, flowers were dying when delivered to funeral home! I called Benny's and spoke to a man he didn't seem to think it was a big deal WELL IT WAS A BIG DEAL TO ME JERK!!!! SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY! It's been 2 weeks I haven't seen a dime and probably won't. My friend ordered me flowers on june 11,2020 and paid $132. They were for the anniversary of my daughters passing and were to be delivered on the 25th of June. They never showed up. She has repeatedly called them over the last 2 months and they keep saying they are sorry it was an accident and they will refund her money yet never do! She even spoke with the manager again this last time and was promised it would go back on her card that day. She waited a week to make sure it wasn't being held up on the banks end, it wasn't.
