Everyone at the dealership was excellent in helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted. Brittany was wonderful in communicating with me prior to my arrival with details about the car. She helped set up the appointment with Mike which was very appreciated. The day after my purchase, she checked in with me to make sure everything was going well with the purchase. Mike was excellent as a salesman. He was very personable, outgoing, and helpful throughout the process. I had my two year old with me and he was great interacting with her, getting her a coloring book, and helping to keep her entertained throughout the process. He was genuinely interested in us and the stories that popped up in our conversations. Randy was very efficient and helpful in getting through all the paperwork for financing quickly. He had everything ready to go when I arrived and made the process very simple.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2025 F250 truck from Don Tester Ford. Being from out of town, 1 1/2 hour drive from them, I called ahead of time and spoke to the wonderful salesman, Sal. We made arrangements over the phone, that when I was on my way to the dealership, he would grab the keys to the truck I was interested in, so it would still be available when I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, he had the truck out front waiting, and was ready to explain all of the nice features the truck had to offer. I traded in my 2019 Dodge Ram, and got what I wanted for the trade-in. After the sale of the truck, Sal did a fantastic job making sure my phone linked up to the truck and helped me get the Ford app on my phone. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours!! Would not recommend for service I had a check engine light on for the turbo under boost so I brought it in and they told me told me it was the turbo waste gate solenoid so I paid to fix it and not even 500 miles after getting the car back the check engine light came on again for the same issue but this time service told me it needed a turbo replacement so it seems like replacing the waste gate solenoid for the turbo was a waste of money.
