I was really impressed with this course and the overall facilities. Great chipping and putting area, beautiful driving range with great mats that allow you to tee up with real tees. It's not grass but it's as close to it as you can get. It's also just a beautiful view in the morning out in the pasture. The course itself is gorgeous. I actually prefer the more difficult back nine since you find yourself up in the hills amongst the trees with elevation changes, uneven lies and unique holes. The fairways are tight so precision is key. I found myself hitting my hybrid a lot since you don't actually need the distance too often. The front nine is also great and the greens are in perfect condition. Quick but fair speed, putts run true and they stay consistent through the course. The staff in the pro-shop was fantastic, some of the best I've encountered. Super friendly and helpful young guys. I've grown up in the bay area and played golf a long time so I was surprised that I'd never heard of this course before. I only found it through an NCGA tournament that was held there, but I'm glad I found it. I'll definitely be back. NOTE FOR MANAGEMENT: The staff upstairs in the dining area/bar was another story. Truth be told, it was only one person that was an issue. My buddy and I made a simple order, we ordered the same food and sides plus the same drink. I would never think about name dropping especially online, but this server gave us such a bad experience I feel it's warranted to help you solve the problem. We made our order with Jasmine, who asked us 4 times what our order was when we initially made it at the bar. Then when we sat down she came over another 4 separate times asking what our order was. My buddy and I genuinely looked at each other and asked each other if we were on a hidden camera show. In the moment, we also genuinely thought perhaps this poor person has had some kind of brain injury. I've had some in the past and I know how it affects one's memory and focus among other things. Truly, I'm not trying to insult anyone brain damage is no joke. So we wanted to give this situation a possibility. But then we saw how she treated her coworkers and it changed. She was "training" a few other servers or bar tenders and was extremely rude to them on the floor in front of everyone. The guy she was upset with wasn't even doing anything wrong, you could tell he was just new and maybe didn't know the process yet. She acted extremely unprofessional and ruined our post round experience and probably a few others eating/drinking in the bar. I bring it up because if I was the owner/manager I'd hate for someone to have such a great time all day only to leave with a sour taste because of one individual. This place is so close to creating a perfect...
Read moreWent here for my cousins wedding on 6/20/25. The appetizer were really good and if I woulda known I was going to get shit dinner I woulda filled up on the appetizers. At first the atmosphere was really good during cocktail hour. We made our way to the hall for dinner. We were towards the back so we were served last. I was super excited to see it was filet mignon dinner. The plates looked stacked with a ton of veggies and a tortellini Alfredo. And then our plates get there. The driest fillet mignon I ever had. Hurt my jaw to chew. It was the worst steak I ever had. I got the smallest portion of dry veggies and no tortellini. It was a nasty Alfredo pasta. Also small ass portion. Had to fill up on bags of chips that they had. The night goes on and then one of my cousins got accused of stealing a bottle and they wouldn’t serve her. She stood her ground and made them go check the cameras. And then the lady apologized to her. But then they said that it was a guy with a kid and they blamed my brother in law even though he didn’t have a kid. Then they said a bunch of people were behind the bar making drinks. They wanted to stop serving alcohol but wouldn’t show us the pictures or videos that they claimed they had. The staff was so rude at that point. All the bar tenders and whoever else was working we’re rude. First off it’s an open bar so if you leave a bar unattended and don’t make it clear to people that then they can’t make a drink then it’s on them. They should’ve had a sign that you can’t make your own drinks or shoulda never left a bar unattended. But they were rude and had no proof that anything they said happened. And it was very odd how they kept changing there story. My cousin was very clear when she got this venue that our family like to drink and party so make sure you have enough alcohol. I’m very disappointed in this place because I know my cousin spent a lot of money for her wedding and she put a lot of work into making her...
Read moreThis place is beautiful. My cousin did an amazing job having her wedding here! The cocktail hour was wonderful. We had really good appetizers. BUT the way the staff ended up treating the guest at the end of the night was super UNPROFESSIONAL accusing my cousin for taking bottles out of the bar so they stopped serving her alcohol then they apologized to her and blamed my husband for making his own drinks then stopped serving him. The management was a buzz kill and to bring all this up to the bride while she’s dancing with her family in the middle of the dance floor like who does that on someone’s wedding day. My cousin worked really hard and paid a lot of money for this wedding it’s a bummer for them to handle an assumption situation like that. BUZZ KILL . Over all I had an amazing time with my family...
