Ruth's Toffee — Local services in Nucla

I received one of these in the office I work for and I just have to share how great my experience was. My first impression was not so intriguing because I do not favor dark chocolate over milk chocolate or the white chocolate (which is not so much chocolate). But when my Dr (who I work for) took a bite and stated he waits all year to eat this, my eyes and ears were hooked on the crunch sound and the thick toffee that was in the middle. But when I tried it, I was in shock on how it melts in my mouth after I take a bite and the thin layer of dark chocolate blends in so perfect, it's an incredible recipe I am sure no one can master.
