Before I start my review, I'd like to start off saying that I am a true tomboy. I don't do girly things and like to stay in my comfort zone. Have you ever watched Miss Congeniality? Yup, that character Gracie Hart, she was based on me. All me.

I sent an inquiry to JP back in September 2018 after coming across his work on my IG recommendation feed. It was a certain before and after photo that caught my eye. That photo made me want to do a photo shoot with JP even though I had come comfort and insecurity issues.

After emailing him over lunch with my girlfriend, JP immediately responded. I didn't want to respond because I knew I wanted to do it, but didn't have the courage to. After talking to JP about the shoot and what to expect, he sort of calmed my nerves down. He got to answer all of my questions and even suggested different outfits. He was very professional when it came to the level of risqué that I was comfortable with.

My shoot was scheduled for January 2019 which gave me a bit of time to work on myself. This shoot was to be a gift to my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary.

The day of my shoot, I had hair and make up done by Kelsey and Rosie. Rosie greeted us at the elevator and right away I knew that she would be an awesome person to work with!!! Her personality, beauty and humor was felt within minutes of meeting her.

Kelsey whip up some curls so fast I couldn't enjoy the very comfortable chair that I sat on LOL. Needless to say, my curls stayed in place until the next day!!!

Rosie... OMFG. Ro-Sie... Damn. She is my Victor Melon (referring to Miss Congeniality again). My girlfriend took pictures/videos while she was transforming me from Gracie Hart to Gracie Lu Freebush. She uses the beautiful natural light coming in from her huge picture windows (with a wonderful view) and you can't see what she's doing to you because there are no mirrors around you!!! My girlfriends face gave it away though... She looked so shocked, but in a good way. I don't wear any make up at all so it was quite a shock. My reaction contained a few profanities, but it was all good... Rosie, you are awesome!!!

After walking out the condo like Gracie Hart walked out that hanger to Mustang Sally, we drove down to the photo shoot site to meet JP. He was surprised that we got out early than expected with hair and make up that he had to set up the area.

Upon entering the condo, JP took some time out to introduce himself and explain how long he's been in this business. Then he asked me about me. He also asked me what areas of my body that I think are flaws and what areas does my husband like. After talking to him, I felt calmer.

During the shoot, I was a bit hesitant at first. JP positions you in a way that is most flattering. While positioning you, he explains why he's doing it in a way that you can understand. After awhile I started to get used to it and wasn't so intimidated. Once he showed me a shot from his camera, more profanities came out of my mouth LOL. At that point, my confidence level shot up and I wanted to own that shoot LOL.

When I got to see the proofs, they were awesome straight out of the camera!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! Me??? Holy F*ck, that is ME!!! Now to find a way to deliver these to my husband...

Overall, this experience has turned plain Jane tomboy me (Gracie Hart) into a much more confident, some what not plain, not quite girly me (Gracie Lu Freebush). I have more respect for my body and myself and I thank JP and Rosie for accentuating the goods that I have that I never thought was there.

JP and Rosie is the dream team. Although they are just doing their job, do know that coming from a client like myself, it means so much more. I highly recommend their work to anyone. They are very professional and exceptional at what they do. You bet that I will be doing another shoot with them in the future soon. Now to get the husband to go on a shoot with me... Where is the 10 star button!?!? 5 stars isn't enough! You heard of the "Dog Whisperer"? Well, I'm convinced that JP Moulin is the "Mom Whisperer". Can one day change a person's life? Oh yes! It changed my life. JP, Rosie and Kelsey are so easy to work with. Very professional and very skilled and focused at their craft. I will tell you why my experience with them has changed my life and the way I feel about myself and my body. This process is very good for your self-confidence and out-look in life. Take one day of your busy life and get glam: I totally suggest every woman (and/or man) take a day out your busy schedule and simply trust one day to spend it with JP, his very sweet wife, Rosie for makeup and Kelsey who did my hair. Go through the process of booking a date, what you are going to wear and simply just showing up. It's like playing dress up and you are the model and star for the day. You decide what you want to capture and what you want to wear. (I wanted a big commercial tractor-trailer in my photo because I'm a truck driver. I found the truck I wanted to use and coordinated with JP where to meet the driver.) Go through pictures of what you like online send it to JP for a visual idea of what you want to capture. You can go super sultry and sexy or casual and simple...what ever you envision he will capture it.

I'm a regular minivan driving mom: I've been following JP's work on Instagram and Facebook for a while and thought, " Wow, those models look so amazing...I could never ever look like those sexy women. My insecurities and imperfections of a pudgy tummy and bulky arms, stretch-marks, cellulite and acne scars.. ugh I'm not even close to looking like those beautiful women." Until.... I saw my BEST-FRIEND as a model on his page! I had to quickly tap and zoom to see if that was really her. She look absolutely gorgeous and so HOT!! Jaw dropped! How?! What!? Wow!! Stunned!!!

My best-friend is a very busy devoted soccer mom with a full time job. I'm also a mom of a big busy blended-family of all boys. The last person I usually think about is myself. I put all of my time and my energy into my family first and work. A lot of women do. I strongly suggest to take one day of your super busy life to get glamorized by JP and his fabulous dream team. They will capture the beauty and the femininity and sexiness that you have or whatever vision you want captured ...but he makes it better!

When I saw my best-friend's pictures I knew what I wanted for my birthday. A photo shoot with the one and only JP Moulin and his glam dream team. I mentioned earlier that JP is the "mom whisper" he was able to capture me( you know the person with all the physical flaws) and directs me to what is the best angle to work with the light, what is the best position, where to look, etc and he totally understands takes that into consideration that I'm not a professional model...I'm a mom. He made it easy and fun to captured who I am and made it sexy and feminine.

He captured who I am on camera: I'm a CDL truck driver and I am also a woman. Working a very masculine job doesn't mean I should look masculine... right?!? No, I am woman and I am feminine. JP and his dream team captured that. I was so emotional and cried when I saw the sneak peak of my photo shoot. JP Moulin's work is amazing. I can't wait to get my pictures. I enjoyed this experience so much that I booked another shoot!!!! I strongly suggest everyone make that first step by calling JP and booking a date. It will...

I am usually behind a camera, not in front of it. Modeling in a bonafide vintage photo shoot has always been on my bucket list, however, and for my 30th birthday, my amazing boyfriend gave me the gift of "No excuses" and purchased a full day of pampering and poses.

Booking the photo shoot was as easy as checking my calendar and emailing JP. After a date was set, JP and I discussed the concept that I had, the outfits I was planning to wear, and the hair style I wanted made. Not once did JP ever made me feel silly for suggesting an idea. He was always positive and loved discussing the logistics of each look.

On the day of the photo shoot, I arrived at JP's building and was provided complimentary parking in a secured lot. Every review that I read talked about how your nervousness just washes away after meeting JP and his dream team for the first time and I truly thought that a dork like me would be the exception to this. But it's all true! I was so impressed by how warm and welcoming they all are. They are so positive about their service that it's hard to feel pressured or anxious.

• MAKE UP AND HAIR * First off, Rosie the make-up artist is incredibly sweet, laid back, and hilarious. More than that, she is an amazing artist who found a way to accentuate my best features. Andrea the hair stylist is also genuine and talented! She loved the look I proposed and got down EXACTLY what I was looking for. It took about 3 hours to complete the look and when they finally revealed their work, I was so shocked! I knew it was going to be pretty, but I didn't realize how dramatic it was going to be. I remember laughing hysterically because I was filled with so much joy by the surprise.

• THE SHOOT * Once I got over the hoopla of the reveal, it was time to model! JP went over the potential locations we could shoot at but as the night went on, it was a fantastic balance of careful planning and spontaneity. It was so much fun going to a planned location only to find another place that had so much more potential. I felt like we created real magic during the shoot.

I never felt lost or frustrated because JP told me exactly how to pose, where to look, and how to express myself so that I got the best shot. He and his awesome lighting assistant, Michael, did all the real moving as they tried to capture the perfect lighting. JP showed me shots of myself after taking it and that really boosted my confidence, making me feel more comfortable with the way I was posing.

• THE FINAL VERDICT * Gentlemen -- If you're looking for a high end gift that's not another pretentious hand bag for your girl, get this. This a unique memory to create for her and really, it's a "win-win" situation for your girl AND YOU!

Ladies -- This is an experience you need to have at least once in your life. It's not about pleasing the opposite sex (or same sex if that's how you roll!), it's about getting that confidence and creativity back in your life.

What I really loved about JP and his dream team is that they didn't change who I am, they just showed me another version of myself that I didn't know was possible. For that, I am forever...
