Poor communication in responding to polite requests to book a tour, and despite multiple outreach attempts. They did provide one response: the price of the tour per person ($50) via FB messenger; after that they ghosted me. I also tried calling and texting, as suggested on their website. There was NO guidance to book only via their website or that they would not respond or communicate using any other method.

We wish the farmer well but if they provide multiple avenues for communication and actively responded in one of those forums, it is common sense to expect continued communication.

It is unfortunate and telling that they are only now choosing to respond to a negative review, instead of following a simple protocol. They have now harassed me on FB messenger and via SMS. Laie Vanilla Company is amazing. Saili has a big heart which really shows in his work. Every individual vanilla bean is a labor of love from him and his beautiful family. We got to go on a beautiful tour of the farm and learn so much from him about how to properly care for the plants and the entire 2+ year process it takes to get the vanilla beans ready to enjoy.
