Northside Gymnastic Academy — Local services in O’Fallon

Went for a trial and it seemed amazing. Signed up for a year. About two weeks later I started having concerns with lack of engagement, lots of waiting, stretching taking long because coaches were chatting, etc. I held out. I never received progress updates, a word from coach at all. One day I went to look at a chart where they keep progress and was snapped at by the "coach" and she said if we want progress notes the coach will send it to us. I called to cancel our year and unenroll they made excuses and told me basically what I was saying was wrong. Then charged me back fees for going month to month- $80. Beware of their contract and lack of engagement after they give you a great experience at your trial. Their response below is a bunch of excuses. My daughter made some gains because I practiced with her a few times a week on top of the 50 min class and she has some skill before. My daughter has been attending for one year now. She is still just as excited to come to class as she was in the very beginning! In addition to her joy, I've seen all of her accomplishments and am very impressed by what the instructors have taught her in this time. We are so thankful for Northside and look forward to everything...
