Having been a member of the local community for over 29 years, I have witnessed numerous changes to the store. Although I strive to maintain a positive tone in this review, it is challenging to assert that the store has improved. The store has implemented drastic cutbacks while simultaneously increasing prices beyond their previous levels. This NEX is divided at two different locations. Seaplane Base and Ault Field ( NAS Whidbey). Ault Field (NAS Whidbey) sailors have lost their local cafeterias, which provided them with good hot meals without requiring them to leave their work at their local hangars, and have been replaced by vending machines and microwaves. At the Seaplane Base, sailors and their families have experienced a decline in quality of life due to the loss of personalized services, their food court, and their furniture store. The furniture store is now on line, which really doesnât help families with physically seeing the furniture they are needing to buy. While newcomers may not be aware of these changes, established community members have noticed a marked difference in our local community and those serving our country. It is hoped that efforts will be made to restore and improve the quality of service provided to military families living on...

Read moreI love the NEX i would probably give it a 5 but because of the mobile kiask they have it only deserves a 1 star. Where do I begin, first of all it took 4-5 hours just to get us to switch mobile companies and I had the nerve to keep my guard down and believe what they were telling me. They told me TMobile would buy our contracts and pay off the rest of our phone (which they don't). So we have pay even more out of pocket to pay off the phones. They said they set us up for the BOGO deal(which they didn't, I had to go to a creditable TMobile retailer and they were gracious enough to honor it). Terrible people, just wanted to make a...
