So first off I want to just say the workers who do your nails are absolutely pilolite super caring. However let's start from the beginning. I call and ask how much a fullset and pedicure will cost french tip medium to short lunch french tip with gell will cost with basic pedicure. The owner who is a woman says "80$ all together". I told her to schedule me in for the appointment. I get there asked again for pricing and they said 80$, so like I said the onces doing my service are so polite and very sweet they keep complimenting on my purse and clothes. It gets time to pay and she tells me the total is 111. I was absolutely shocked and said "no you told me 80 " the nail owner tells me " sorry no its 111 its extra for gel ( after I made sure I said gel from the beginning) " I reassured her I asked before the service and you told me 80$" , then she proceeds on telling me" , sorry no its 111".

Women, be careful here they are absolutely polite and seem genuine. However realistically they are THIEVES !!!!!!!

As a customer, I REFUSE to sit there and argue with a nail salon owner and get cops called on me I am a very professional well mannered individual. Therefore I chose to pay and just warn EVERYONE about their tactics on...

I have to comment on the girls post from 4 weeks ago.....if your late for an appointment anywhere you need to expect to wait because others are there to take your place if your not. That's the way the world works. To give a bad review after you clearly state that you were late and knowing they were maybe short staffed that time because she already reached out to you , well that's not right keep your bad reviews for yourself. Anyways now I would like to add this place is awesome. Trina is wonderful as well as the rest of the group . She is always so genuinely sweet and pleasant. Everyone who works at royal nails is . I love going . My kids love going and my fiance and his family love going. It's the only place we will go because of the great customer service and the amazing job they do. They always make sure we're 100% satisfied for whatever it is we're getting done. 10 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟...

Update: I had to stop going here. There are a few individuals at this location that do NOT do a good job. Nails will be lumpy or crooked. Normally it doesn't bother me. But on my last visit I witnessed someone who just finished getting her nails done, she paid, but then she complained about her nails after she was able to inspect them more closely and in better lighting. She luterallyvwalked out the shop, into the sunlight then came right back in. She asked if they could fix it. And they DIDN'T fix it. They said 'let's go talk outside" and she never came back in although the nail tech did.

If you're lucky enough to get either of the two owners (the married couple) or Mia's mom, then you'll be in good hands. But I'm very disheartened by the way they treated a paying customer who was dissatisfied...
