I've never been more embarrassed to walk into a place being a DV victim to be accused of being rude when I never spoke to the woman. My daughter had the referral to come in there. Her pickup referral said 12- 8 evidently it's 1 to 4 . We arrived arrived at 12 an hour ahead of time of her schedule. No big deal when she said come back at 1. huffed not at her but at the situation and walked around the corner looking at the linens and I heard her tell my daughter being rude to me is not going to make me do it any faster.No one was rude to her no one said anything crossed to her at all. That was so embarrassing and for two board members to be standing there and hear it. If I could give a 0 I would, I have spent well over 1000.00 in the store and I took my daughter just few minutes ago. I had my vape in my hand and right in front of everyone she tells me that me and my daughter can leave or she is calling the police and I asked why she said I was caught putting something in my pocket in front of all customers and I went pulling stuff out of my pockets only 2 pockets I had , yes I did stick something in my pocket it was my vape I put in my pocket so I could look at merchandise in there store, and I asked her do you wanna check my pockets said NO , so after I pulled everything out of my pockets me and my daughter was going to continue to shop , but more I thought and more people looked at me we left. I donate all time to them cause they help the community in so many ways, but after today I not be going to either Brysons closet . I don’t need to steal I work and have money and honestly I hope other people realize how rude and hateful that place is, and as my donations I’ll find some where else...

For those outside the area: I wouldn’t make a special trip for this. The ladies are nice there. I stayed for approx 2 and 1/2 hrs. They dumped trash bags full of clothing into three different bins every 20 minutes or so. The clothing consisted largely of children’s clothes. The clothing is at times filthy/hair infested. I would not wear my own clothing inside my home following this trip. I appreciated the ladies allowing me to view the jewelry they hadn’t priced yet. However, when I did pick out a bracelet in a nice box, they immediately got together and proceeded to determine the “ebay value.” This is common practice at some thrift stores and frankly annoying and alienating...
