I have the wors experience at this furniture store. I went there because they advertise elegant furniture with 75%. I bought about 8k in furniture which in the store look great. The salesman Luis was great selling me the items super nice when I was buying the items. The nightmare start when this company delivery the items their employees lack of knowledge how to handle and delivery the items. The delivery my king sit bed without fully finished installedi it. We have to guide and help they guys to fully installed the Sofa, Dining roon and Bed all delivery 8/29/2020. After they left I noticed the way they left the bedroom set pics are posted. I spoke to the salesman Luis couple times explained in detail what happened with gave us only excuses. We try to fix the issue cuz we couldn't keep going back and forth with this typical salesman. The mentioned to him the bed still having issuez the delivery people never even left the screws for the bed. Afert a month I called 10/2/2020 and spoke to Luis who changed his behavior and in arrogant way told me to call corporate because he can't help or do anything. I was completely overwhelmed with his unprofessional respond but I understand that he only look to make his commission and don't care about any future issues you will have with the furniture u will buy this store. Later in the day he texted that he spoke to his boss that I'm going to quote him " because you're to trustworthy and nice ccustinef take advantage of you and the store" I was super aggravating with this stament. First I just want to get my bed fixef I spent 8k if not free item and for us it's a lot money. I'm super disappointed with this unprofessional salesman Luis and the store. If you buy anything from this store make sure you are delivery the same pieces u bought in the store check everything before you let this people leave your home that was my expensive mistake I didn't check mainly cuz I thought I was dealing with a trustworthy business. Now a month later the sofa that we bought have issues it's a nightmares that would ever stop. Br careful sometimes their 75% it's just a way to get you. I have posted pics I would never buy anything from this company again if you do orlase check the items once you get them.

Read moreFRAUD! Do not order products on line from World of Decor. Why? I placed an order 2 weeks ago for an in stock item. Their website says "FREE SHIPPING." I received a receipt of payment and of course the receipt also shows no charge for shipping. It's been TWO weeks and the item still has NOT shipped. I received ZERO notifications about shipment from them. Nothing. When I checked my order on line at their website, it states, "Awaiting Shipment." My emails that I sent to them to check on my order went ignored. I called and did get someone who told me that FEDEX had changed how they charge for shipping larger items. (And that's my problem?) So, as I sit here this evening, this store has my money and my item isn't shipped and I don't know when or if it will be. Do I want the item? Yes. Do I trust these people? No. Not when they made no effort to advise me of their shipping issues, or better, ship the item AS PROMISED! I don't know how a business can advertise "Free Shipping," and then not ship the item. I am NOT going to pay for shipping. I think it's a scam!
MY RESPONSE TO THE WORLD OF DECOR REPLY TO THIS POST 1.) You had more than two weeks to correct this, not just two days. The order was placed on Nov. 15, 2020. 2.) I did not request a refund. You gave it to me because you don't want to provide me with "FREE SHIPPING." 3.) "Out of Your Control?" Nope! You have control of saying rather or not you provide "FREE SHIPPING." Anyone can go to your website and see that you have in large letters, "FREE SHIPPING." You need to remove that if you haven't already because of this complaint. My receipt at purchase also reflected free shipping. 4.) One reply I received from your CS department was that the item was not available. That was not true. Again, truth is, you don't want to pay shipping. 5.) This isn't about my "inconvenience." It's about bringing to your attention that you should be doing business with integrity. Read moreSCAM alert! Everyone open your eyes to this place and the pop up stores around. One in Dr. Phillips opened and we’ve been in to look around over the past few months. You go in and see that prices are reduced by 70-85% based on the time on the floor. I’ve had my eye on several pieces but decided to wait out the time on the tag. Well today I go in and the price on one of the items is reduced with a different tag and the one with the discounts and dates listed is cut out. We ask a salesperson and he’s all confused and acts like it was never there. LOL. I the. Say it’s a scam and he says “maybe so”. So now I decide I’m not buying anything from this place but to be sure I went to talk to a manager. The manager said that they extended their lease so the prices are different now - but only on products that have been there since January. I call him out and he says this is America. LOL. Well this is my warning to you all. Shop has some pretty cool stuff but don’t buy from these scammers.
Update: After receiving the response from this SCAM business I can only assume that you did so in hopes to advertise and make it look like you are a respectable business. I’m even more sure now that you’re business is a SCAM. LOL. You want the public to believe that the commercial property chose you and called you asking to open there. LOL.
