Bought two lift recliners on a Tuesday. I was told they might be delivered by the weekend, but not promised. They were not delivered and that was fine. Got a call on Monday and was told they only deliver on Tuesday and Thursday. I feel I should have been informed of this during my purchase. I bought from this store because they had the recliners in stock at the warehouse and I needed them. Delivery was set for Thursday, nine days after my purchase. Received a call at 10:30, my delivery time, and was informed they only had one in the warehouse and one on the floor as a display. I told them I did not want the floor display model. I ordered a bedroom suite for my granddaughters room their employee named Tori is very unprofessional. When I asked her to email to me details of my order she said she had to ask her children how to do it. I didn’t know if it even got ordered. Store is not handicapped accessible my husband is in wheelchair and was unable to get thru the gravel parking lot with out lots of assistance and due to step unable to enter the store. Employee was ugly to us because I was making a big deal over nothing per her because my husband did not have access to enter the store.
