I really dont want to give this place 1 star but I have to rate something unfortunately. My husband and I ate here the other night. I ordered the queso with ground beef. I thought it tasted alittle different but proceeded to eat it. My husband ate his which was at the least ok. Our server was a young girl. Never refilled our waters or even asked how the meal was until we were leaving to pay. About 10 to. 15 minutes later. I got very sick throwing up. This was our first time trying Los Jacubes and it exceeded our expectations! We got the ACP Classic and Pollo Adobo. My wife recently had Bariatric surgery and does her best to avoid starches and carbs. They happily accommodated her special requests without the puzzled looks we sometimes get at other places.

We visited at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and while they were busy there was still plenty of seating. Our food came out within 4 minutes of ordering. The flavor and portion sizes were great and the staff were very courteous and attentive. Very reasonably priced as well.
