Horrible customer service. Avoid this dumpster fire.

I took my Ryobi mower to Granger under warrantee in June 2021. Rick talked trash about Ryobi and electric mowers and said to leave the mower and he will get to it when he gets to it. Quite ironic he was singing the praises of small engines as his shopped was filled with broken down small engine equipment.

I called every few months for updates and got the runaround. Never once did Granger contact me. I was always chasing after them. I called Ryobi to intervene in October 2021. They contacted Granger and didn't fair much better. In May 2022 they called again and Initially the person who answered the phone said the mower wasn't ready, but then they changed their mind and someone else said it was ready.

Thanks for the heads up that my mower was ready and collecting dust in your shop!

There are other quality options for small engine and e-equipment repair, so avoid this one at all costs! It only took them 11 months for me to get my mower back. They were quick to blame Ryobi for having a parts back log but Ryobi had documentation that Granger took multiple months to contact them in the first place. Whoever was to blame, Granger (Rick) was dismissive and rude and any time I have the opportunity I will share this story around town.

This place at Granger’s helped my mom and I during our road trip back to Chicago while we were coming from our stay at Rochester, Minnesota for the Mayo Clinic there. We ended up with our front passenger tire blown out while driving East on I-90. Granger’s was there quickly and ready to help us. At least two of the lug nuts (maybe more) rusted off while putting the donut tire on and these guys made sure they ordered the parts that were needed on the tire for our safety. Then they fixed up the tire with the new parts and got us back on the road very efficiently. While we stayed inside the store, the folks here were really easy and enjoyable to talk to during our wait. The owner and his wife are very hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable, and neighborly. I had just survived a roll over car accident with my husband and had to go pick up my belongings at Grangers. It was the most difficult situation we had to face… going to relive the most traumatic moment my husband and I faced and having to see our vehicle sitting there the way it was But from the VERY moment we walked in and the ladies helped us, prepared us a box so we can put our belongings in… just the compassion they had for us and Michelle literally CRYING with me, giving us words of encouragement, made our experience there much smoother than we expected! It’s so nice to know there are still kind, caring loving people out there to cry with you in the midst of your pain and circumstance! Thank you!!!
