Segway Off Road — Local services in Oakland

It was our first Segway experience. The host, Drew, was very kind and patient. He helped us through and throughout, from getting to the meet up place to the end of the experience. He’s a very jovial personality, and has a lot of historic information to share. He’s one of the pioneers in the Segway industry, and we were definitely lucky to have our first Segway experience to be so EPIC!!

I would rate Drew and his style of Segway tour, a 10 on 10. Extra points for his personality as well :)

I would recommend this tour to everyone (even if it’s not your first time). Ps- Drew, we will be coming back for the SF tour!

Wow!! Did this for the first time and I was not disappointed. I did the 2 hour redwood tour, which was more than enough. If you are nervous about riding one of these, trust me, Drew is an excellent trainer plus it’s not that hard. You are trained on them for about 30 minutes. Those segways are awesome. This is an amazing activity. Drew was a great guide in all aspects. From learning to ride the segway to all the information about the landscapes we were riding through. We did the 4 hour Big Tour through the redwoods and the trees and trails are amazing. We are late 30's with bad backs and no segway experience. We were able to learn and do the whole tour without injury. Had a blast and can't recommend this tour enough. Hoping people try it out and make...
