Good luck on this one. The owner came out and basically berated my kids. We've gone there many times and had an awesome experience, but wow. The owner was on a tear the last day my family came and accused my kids of teasing the animals. If anyone knows my daughters, they are the most loving girls towards animals, but are fairly apprehensive still with some big animals (donkeys can bite, pigs can bite, etc). It's taken many trips there to get my daughter comfortable with the animals and she still struggles to feed them and not be scared. His misread my daughters fear - her pulling back when the animals went to take food from her hand - as teasing and ripped into my wife. Can you imagine? Some dude tearing into a single lady there, alone with two small daughters. My wife was more scared than embarrased.

Save your money, or good luck. The dude is completely unpredictable. We won't be back ever. And we spent quite a bit of money in the past basically taking care of his animals (buying food to feed them). My kids will sorely miss Kevin Bacon (our favorite pig), but wow. just wow....

I came across this amazing place today while I was out fishing. Hands down the coolest place ever. Once I started walking around I was like a little kid😂😂😂 I was so excited about finding this place I am going back this weekend. I highly recommend not petting the turkeys. We absolutely love the Rundown Ranch! We make sure to visit with our grandkids (ages 2-7) any time we're near the area. The kids LOVE feeding, petting and brushing the animals, but the adults have just as much fun!
