•They cut the water off whenever they feel like it , no WARNING. Could be in the middle of a shower, cooking ,cleaning or could have company on the way over. Oh well they will cut it right off. ! , •elevators never work , •they control the heat , so when it’s 30 degrees outside u may or may NOT have heat . • It’s extremely noisy ! Someone is always constantly working an apartment repair at all hours of the day. •Then the garbage man comes and wakes the entire complex up because it is so loud , •every day and night some ones car alarm is going off . •The trash and dirt that’s inside and outside is ridiculous, no one cleans up after themselves or their dog at all. •The dog park is ran by coyotes. .the power is always out •If u have asthma or don’t like cigarette smoke , please continue looking . The cigarette smoke is so strong in the halls and inside ur own apartment you’d think the cigarette was in your own lip ! •The fire alarm goes off once a month between 1-2 AM for no reason . People evacuate falsely so many times unfortunately we won’t know when it’s actually real. •Some one needs to call the BBB on them ASAP because leasing...

I expected a bit more out of this apartment since I moved Out of a 2 bedroom apt to pay the same price for a 1 bedroom apt. The location has to be why the apt is so expensive since it has little to offer. My biggest issue is the noise. I had to result to ear plugs in my own apartment because the neighbors are heavy footed. They got up in the middle of the night and a loud noise woke me out of my sleep thinking someone was breaking into my apartment. The sad thing is that they allow pets so I hear Barking here and there which is fine but hearing stomping all day and night is a nightmare. I shouldnt have to wear ear plugs in my own apartment that Takes up most of my check when I have To pay rent. Nor do I want To call the police because someone is also paying rent in their apartment so they should be able to walk in it: it’s a lose lose situation. I was Trying not to move again after two years but if I have To wear ear plugs in order to have quietness while working or doing school work, I may Have to. Update: constantly wearing ear plugs caused an ear infection so I was told lay off of them for a while. Constantly hearing stomping...

My experience moving in and living here has been overall positive. The actual apartments are beautiful with hardwood floors, white trim on the doors (other apartments consider the white trim an upgrade from wood trim and charge for it) and nice layout, very spacious. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. Work orders are same day or next day. My experiences with the leasing office staff have been all positive. There are no issues with people loitering on the property, it is usually quiet with only a few exceptions. The only negative aspect for me is the animals (yes I knew animals were welcomed when I moved in), the hallways often smell bad and animal feces is often found on the grounds, to be fair the leasing office has left several notices informing residents that if they are caught not picking up their animals waste, they will be fined. The sounds of dogs barking is to be expected, but it is not for me. If you have a pet this place may be perfect, if you like me are not a dog person and you don't want to hear animals barking, smell dogs in the hallways or step in dog poop, I'd consider...
