Rented a water slide for memorial holiday weekend and it was the most professional and delightful experience I have had with any party rental company. Yadira was very helpful , communicative and informative every time I had a question or a concerns for any reason. Everyone At my party had a blast and the equipment was in perfect conditions. The tarp that was placed around the water slide helped so much from dirt and mud getting everywhere in my yard. I will continue to use Adventure Bounce house for all my party rentals wether it’s for a water slide or bounce house. Great service! Will definitely book with them again! The kids had an ABSOLUTE blast! But more importantly they helped this momma out when I was ready to pull my hair out. The bounce house we got was actually booked prior and I was pretty sad about that. Not only did they remember and contact me when there was a miraculous cancellation for the slide combo we wanted and contacted us right away to let us know we can switch ANDDDD we were able to enjoy it the following day without all the craziness going on at no extra cost to us! My experience with Adventure Bounce Houses was amazing! All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The reservation and check out process was super easy. On the day of my reservation, they came and set up the bounce house without me even needing to be home. Same with the pick up - I was not required to be there which was great!
