I bought a washer and dryer set. I literally turned the dryer on for about a minute to show that there was heat. Then assisted me in putting it in my truck. I drove directly home. I hooked it up immediately. I ran bleach water through the first load of the washer. I then loaded the first load of laundry into the washer. After the washer finished I put it into the dryer. The dryer immediately started making a squealing sound. The mechanism inside. I turned it off. I adjusted the levelers on the bottom. Turned it back on. Heard a thunking sound. Turned it back off. Tried to adjust again. Turned it back on and heard a thunk that hit the bottom of the dryer. Continued drying without any other noise. So I completed the load of drying and folded. Left for work. Came back the next day and a very foul odor came from the dryer realizing it was a dead animal on the inside of the dryer. Tried to figure out how to open the dryer body to get it out. There was no clear, easy way to get it open. I called asked for a technician to come and assist and was told they would not honor their warranty and that that rodent or whatever it was inside was not their problem. I know 100% certain it was their problem. It came from their facility because it went directly from their facility into my truck into my house and hooked up immediately. No delay. The problem happened within the first hour or so of getting it to the house. My house has been completely remodeled and has had no evidence of any type of rodent or debris from animals whatsoever. I know 100% that it came from their facility and the lady on the phone debated argued and refused to honor the warranty. I asked to speak with a manager. They're not there today I asked to speak with the owner. She would not tell me who that was also told me that the owner will not speak to me. She was argumentative hostile and said that the issue was not going to be resolved by their company that they don't have a technician to send out in Ocala. They don't have technicians in Ocala I simply said then let me bring it back and you can take it back to your facility and have your technician take care of it. She declined said that I could not do that that she would have someone to video chat with me and that they would walk me through the process of how to take the machine apart, put it back together and to get the dead animal out. I told her I was not qualified or confident to take a machine apart and put it back together. Even with the technician on the line. I didn't think that I was physically capable of doing such a task. That I wanted her to honor the 60-day warranty and fix the problem. She told me the problem was not. The companies issue that they would not be doing anything to assist me that that was up to me to find a technician or someone to do it that the only thing she could offer was a video chat with a technician who would guide me. I think this is poor Business. I think the owner needs to know how that his company or her company was represented and the rudeness, the aggressiveness and demeanor of this person who is taking care of your local store in Ocala. I want the warranty honored. I want the dead animal out of my dryer and I want them to assist for the issue and problem that incurred because of their situation where they house them. I am 100% sure it was from their facility. There's absolutely no time or options or available scenario that would have caused this issue other than from...
Read moreI purchased a LP refrigerator end of April 2025. Refrigerator Looked & priced reasonable for a used appliance. Scheduled a delivery. I Was told to wait 72 hours for ice to start making & freezer to freeze & could start using the frig. After 72 hours ice-maker didn’t work & freezer was freezing temperature. They scheduled & sent a tech within a week. Just to look at it to determine that it needed repaired. Waited 2 weeks for the part. Then had to schedule another appointment for tech to come back with the part to repair the ice-maker & apparently just added freon to get the freezer to freeze. This was taken care of within their companies 60 day warranty.
After warranty expires. On July 16,2025. Icemaker stopped working again. Texted staff & no reply. August 28,2025. Freezer stopped working. Lost food in freezer. September 4,2025. Now frig is slowly losing temperature.
I’m very disappointed after just 4 months from purchase that this refrigerator is pretty much junk....
