I went in on a Wednesday for two prescriptions 24 hours after a doctor visit to the CVS closest to my home. There were no other customers during the 30+ minutes I was there. The pharmacy had one medication prepared and sadly it was a doctor's mistake. I asked where the two legitimate prescriptions were and the male pharmacist said the one I refused was the only one phoned in. Called the doctor's office while standing there and was told that all 3 were phoned in at the same time. Went to the "consultations" window clerk who said they were out of stock on one item and had kicked the other one back to the doctor to get preauthorization from the insurance company. I asked when will it be in stock and she said she didn't know and I couldn't go to another CVS store to fill it because it was phoned into her location. It has been 5 days and it is still not in stock.
