They were out of some of the things I needed. I also couldn't fine pearl onions. I searched and searched the frozen vegetables section. I finally asked an Associate who didn't even work in that section and he searched also and couldn't find them. He found some in a jar for me but those wouldn't work for what I wanted to do. As I was checking out, he came running over to me with the frozen pearl onions in his hand, as he had found them. I was so thankful and appreciative for him doing that. He really went above and beyond. I think he worked in the meat section. I live much closer to the Publix Canopy Oakes Shopping Center but go to the Publix Heathbrook Shopping Center because they almost always have what I need in stock (Canopy Oakes does not) and are way more helpful when I can't find something. Do not buy busch garden fun card from pubix!!!!! They will not register when activated and you will have a hard time getting your money back. I was there with customer service for over 1 hr and busch garden wanted us to drive from ocala to tampa to fix the problem but publix made the decision to give us our money back! I will say that publix and there customer service manager jackie did a wonderful job to get us our money back but busch garden made publix eat that $400. Dont go through that...

I really like the surprise and delight concept. The Taco salad did not disappoint. I hope I wasn't on video but cause you should have heard my WOW when the server brought it to my table. It is huge and absolutely delicious! Tammy gave us great customer service. The only issue was that we tipped $11 and some change and we found out the next day that they rang it up as $17 plus change. She was great but we usually don't tip that much but hey it was the Christmas season and we'll double...
