Whoever does the hiring at this location really needs to sweep the current employees. Fella with dreadlocks and a woman, both working the lunch hour shift on 7/22/24. First off both acted as if they were doing me a favor by being there as I'm giving them my business. Terrible customer service from the way the guy made my salad to the women that cashed me out. They both, in all honesty don't belong working in a place they truly don't want to be. Its written all over there faces. With Zaxbys, Culvers, and more in the area, we have alot of lunch choices. Does the hiring manager understand that. Do they not understand that if it wasn't for people coming in for food, they wouldn't have a job. Read morewent through the drive-thru after work today, waited 13 minutes at the window before someone was able to help me. i usually never wait this long at this location so i knew they were having some kind of issue inside. turns out they had only 1 employee working tonight which is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to the employee. even though she was obviously stressed, she still took the time to ask me about my day and brighten my mood. as a food service worker, i know how hard that can be. my sub was absolutely perfect and i want to give her so many props. although management obviously screwed her over, she made it a wonderful experience. and to this subways management, treat your employees better,...
Read moreI went into your store, July 8,2022, between 5-5:30 p.m. I witnessed the two white woman working behind the counter being extremely rude to a young black boy. I was very upset to see this and i feel it was racist on their part. I am also black. When it was time for me to order, they were rude to me also and when giving me my change the woman threw it on the counter. I will be calling corporate on Monday morning. This is an embarrassment and a disgrace to the company. I am very angry about this situation. I am not going to stop my complaints until they are terminated.
