It is hard to describe how amazing this tour was!!! I was trying to book a tour one day before driving through Silver Springs, and Jennifer got back to me right away and got me scheduled for the next day. She wound up, driving directly from the airport to be my guide for the day, and put a strong emphasis on a small group, so I was luckily given a private tour with her! Her rushing back to guide me was stunning and she got there early to handle our tickets so I wouldn’t have to wait in the long line for the kayak queue. Jennifer was so much fun, so easy-going, and so knowledgeable. Her passion is contagious! The clear kayaks were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and are definitely the best way to experience the springs and see the manatees! We probably saw two dozen manatees today and she was totally down to go slowly and enjoy all of the sites and animals because I was not in a rush, so we wound up being on the water for about three hours. Everything about the day was absolutely spectacular! Compared to the groups of 20 kayakers out all at the same time, I couldn’t believe what a serene and tailored experience the whole tour was. Honestly, incredible! I was a little hesitant when there weren’t a ton of reviews on this page, but I could not imagine a more spectacular and marvelous day and tour with Jennifer. My family and I ranged from children, to elderly, experienced kayakers and inexperienced kayakers for our trip. Not only were the kayaks great to rent and the process of arranging a group tour simple and straightforward, but our tour guide, Jeff was amazing. I cannot say enough about him. He was prompt, extremely patient and easy going, and very quick and hard working. He was respectful to anyone and everyone in the water not just our group. He went above and beyond for our group. There were many challenges with our group that he took very well. Took the tour in Silver Springs and it was absolutely amazing. My tour guide Jeff was very knowledgeable about the history of the springs and I got to learn a lot about how this place came to be what we see today. I had never been kayaking before and he was kind enough to show me the basics. Every corner of the tour path was beautiful and Jeff happily talked about everything the springs has to offer, from the nature, the wildlife, the history of the park, and even the pieces of lost history down at the bottom of the river.
