I give this spot a big thumbs up. When I'm at the beach, I love going out for a good coffee drink and had been having a hard time finding one in Oceans Shores recently. But the barristas here do a great job. When I asked for a double shot of espresso with some foam on it and the barrista asked if I meant an "East Coast Macchiato" I knew I was in the right place. I'm from NYC and she got my drink perfectly!

If you want amazing pastries and coffee this is the place to go. We had the cinnamon roll and blueberry muffin. My hat off to the the baker. The cinnamon roll was perfectly light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. The muffin was just as good. They have all kinds of goodness in their pastry shelf. The coffee was really good too. The staff was friendly, treated us like family!

Great place. Love the variety. You can get some fresh items, frozen items, huge beverage selection, some frozen treats...not to mention espresso and delicious bakery items. The bottle of Bellini I picked up was worth every penny.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ( this time around with this 1 gentleman, most of the time im greeted with happy faces and down right awesome workers who have made me feel welcomed) HE WAS very rude and shouln't be working with any customers. went in for 1 item. Went to The register That I thought I had to buy my item at. There was a gentleman with white hair behind the coffee counter along with another female. (Neither said a word to me the whole as i stood there for minutes). There was probably 7 people in line for coffee. I understood they were busy, But I was never greeted at the door, Never asked how my day was, better yet was never told That they'd be right with me.. I stood there for atleast 6 minutes looking around thinking someone was coming to help me... I'm a manager of a store and I would never allow someone to stand there that long without atleast telling them I'd be right with them. People got into the coffee line after I've been standing there and they were helped first. After everybody was helped, He rudely said you can come over here.. It would have been nice to be told that in the very beginning so that I could have gotten in the right line instead of standing at a register looking Around for help. Even tho he was a foot away from me and seen me. Even after getting to the counter still was not greeted, no how was your day or thank you for coming , nothing! The only thing he said to me was I was done, so I pulled my card out and I will never come back to that store again. Sad part is hes the owner... For people who want community members to support small businesses definitely don't know how to treat locals OR CUSTOMERS for that matter . I understand being busy but I also understand greeting customers at the door and letting them know you will be...

I have to agree with other comments about customer service, the person who was on duty had a vibe that said they would rather be some where else. They weren't outright rude or nasty, but they didn't engage or act happy to see people. I think it could be hit or miss with the employees, the next day there was a very nice & helpful lady working and she had a great attitude. The bakery items we got were very good (Blueberry muffin and a cheddar & herb biscuit), both had great flavor. The market has a little of everything including dessert stuff, organic produce, and souvenirs. Customer service is not an easy job, and you never know what challenges people are dealing with in their lives, and it's not always easy to leave personal stuff at the door. Regardless, I think it's worth the stop to try the bakery...

The person working the coffee counter came off extremely cold to me when I entered. I went up to the counter and asked if they had cold brew since I didn’t see anything initially other than a list of flavors. She told me in a dry tone “We don’t have cold brew we have iced coffee… they’re different things”. That’s fine! I just want some cold, brewed, coffee! She then starts to ring me up saying “So those come with four shots”. Shall I use the same dry tone given to me to inform her that an Americano and iced coffee…. Are different things?”

When I left I met my sister outside to complain to her about my experience. She and her fellow employee then stood outside the doorway awkwardly. Who knows what about but we left and they went...
