GLAD I CALLED ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES. MY COUSIN COULDN'T EVEN TALK TO MY MOTHER BECAUSE IT WAS 10PM. APPARENTLY 10PM IS EXTREMELY LATE NOW. I ALSO CONTACTED THE ELDER ABUSE HOTLINE AS THE AMOUNT OF NEGLECT IS OUTRAGEOUS. VLADAMIR PUTIN COULDN'T EVEN SURVIVE IN THIS PLACE.
