Minky Couture Outlet — Local services in Ogden

I love these blankets. Only complaint is this store in particular (staff). I’ve been to the Ogden depot location twice once in October and once in 06Nov2023, and the two times I’ve been there with a few coworkers there’s two girls that don’t make you feel welcome, they stare at you like they never seen a human being, and as soon as we walked out I could see that they were talking about us (not professional) they also don’t smile. One of them has short black hair and the other is blonde with big eyes and lips. Sometimes I just don’t get how these kind of people work in costumer service not liking people. Their personalities are horrible and you definitely feel the bad vibe around those two girls. Get a new job if you don’t...

I placed an online order on Dec. 21st. I paid for "next day air" shipping and it will not arrive until Dec. 26th. They're closed until after this date.

I paid $28 to have it to my home no later than the 23rd of December for sister missionary Christmas gifts on Christmas eve, as the words "over night air" implies next day delivery and the label was created the 22nd it should have been delivered next day on the 23rd, it's false advertising to get those last minute sales for the holidays and they're conveniently not opened until after Christmas to cancel the last minute order placed under false pretense. Have been a minky customer for well over a decade and really am always pleased with their products I just recently learned of the Ogden outlet location and have become familiar with their staff and service. I have to give kudos to them for their patience and respect when I went during their busiest of months. I especially want to highlight Cain, Tiffany and Chloe. All 3 were well versed on the product and helpful when people were buying in bulk (and didnt mind getting each purchase bagged and ready)
