On August 18, 2025, I spent a total of $72.78 at Big Deal Outlet, which included $59 for a Keurig coffee maker. The outer packaging showed no indication of any issues with the coffee maker (typically, if a coffee maker has been used, is missing parts, or lacks a manual, it would be marked on the outer packaging). I assumed the coffee maker was in perfect condition. However, after bringing it home in Canada, I discovered that the coffee maker had not only been used but was also defective and completely unusable. I contacted Big Deal Outlet via email but received no response. I then tried to contact Keurig customer service, and they requested the purchase receipt in order to replace the coffee maker with a new one. I called Big Deal Outlet again, but they refused to provide another copy of the receipt.
I am extremely disappointed with Big Deal Outlet's service and the products they sell, especially their attitude when problems arise. Therefore, I advise everyone to exercise caution when purchasing products from them. If you still decide to buy, make sure to open the package on-site and inspect the...
Read moreIt's an outlet, so the items are kind of hit-and-miss, but if you're a bargain shopper who doesn't mind buying items that are close to expiration dates, they have really great prices! I noticed the bakery items are a little more than I would pay from the day-old shelf at a grocery store. For instance, bagels were priced at 1.79, when I can get then from Smith's day-old for $1-$1.50 for the same package, and there were some other items that didn't seem as great of a deal as you'd get if you coupon or hit bigger sales (Paper products were comparable to Walmart prices). They have everything from trinkets to gifts to grocery, clothes and shoes. We got kid sandals, regularly priced at $12.89, for $4 per pair and kid swimming suits for $3-$6. Obviously it's seasonal, and they rotate frequently, but they have very decent prices for brand-new items if you don't mind scouring through bins to find the treasures. I think the crowing glory is the Lighthouse sugar cookies selling for $1.25-$2 per package! They taste as great as what you get in the grocery store for a fraction...
Read moreDrove all the way over from Nevada to the Fort Union area one and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. First, the place was filthy., Like afraid you were going to catch something or need a tetanus shot if you do pick something up kind of filth. Just random junk with no order to it anywhere and everywhere. I was expecting rock bottom pricing. What I got were the gross returns or things that stores like Ross and Marshall’s couldn’t sell or put back out to resell so they sent it to the graveyard, aka this store. There is a really awesome jassortment of clothes and sheets but the prices are high and l can get them cheaper at Ross or 5 below. I was so excited to see they had so much to offer for soda, snacks and vitamins. None of it edible though as they were well passed their expiration dates. For example, I went July 2,2025. The MT Dew I looked at expired 2-2024. Diet Pepsi 4-2024, vitamin D gummies 5/2025 it’s not healthy to eat eat things past the expiration by month buts def by years. Leave this dookieville nightmare and find...
