O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Oil Creek Township

Wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a drive shaft but we needed the screws so we had to order them from somewhere else. Of course we couldnt pick up the drive shaft until we had the old one but the car worked and we needed to drive it till the screws came. Screws came today, so we went out to get the drive shaft, it was gone they sent it back. When we talked to them serval times, even yesterday we just talked to them and said we would be there today. Went out today and it was gone, you couldnt of told us you sent it back when we just talked yesterday. Lost me as a customer being the car we need to use will be unable for almost a week. Its disrespectful and disgusting as a business to do...

I don't generally comment about part stores. However O'Reilly's made a huge difference for my family the other night. My son was in a situation where he needed a part and was out of the area. I was home with all the income. We called O'Reilly's and they simply said for me to order the part online and my son could pick it up at the store. The service desk stayed open until he arrived at 9:02PM. Which I was ever so grateful for. No other part store would probably have done such a nice thing for someone. Yet O'Reilly's did. Then again maybe my son's clock is set a tad fast...🕰 Anyway we appreciated what they did for him!...

Went into O’reillys part store today in Titusville pa shortly after 6 pm walked up to the counter where two employees were standing at opposite ends of the counter and not one employee acknowledged me even being their , after waiting for three minutes I turned around and left this store and will not return again I went to the part store right next to them and got asked if I needed help with anything almost as soon as the entrance door closed , your store has horrible...
