I have been going to this Braum’s in sand springs for 40 plus years (across river then they moved to other side of river then they rebuilt it).I have had issues here and there but as much as I go it’s to be expected. Annoying but I go on. Braum’s is mine and my kids go to. However, today was the worst time I’ve ever had there and I NEVER get offended with anything at all. Well this KID (in my opinion) managed to highly offend me. I ordered my food and pulled up to pay. I handed the first child ( opinion) cash. Which I guess he didn’t know how to count because I was owed 22 cents and he gave me 17 cents. Whatever. I pull up to the 2nd window and the second child (my opinion) refused to give me my son’s ice cream. Really hateful he said Did you pay. I said yes I did. He said let me see your receipt: I handed him my receipt. He looked at it for a minute and looked at me and then he said okay and handed me the ice cream. Okay, first off there’s a customer service friendly way to go about handling something like that instead of automatically thinking someone did something and get hateful before they ask for evidence. Secondly, if any of them had a brain, in my opinion, why don’t they check out the potential child taking the cash (not credit card) and watch him pocketing it and then canceling the order which is more of what it could be instead of accusing people who pay with cash and treat them like dirt when I probably make more money than all of them combined. I could be called every name in the book and not be offended. But being treated like I didn’t pay when I did and them all talking about it could ruin someones job especially if it’s a high paying job and you are looked upon to run a lot of different stores. Some child potentially accuses you of something instead of giving great customer service and handling it professionally. I spend A LOT of money there. A LOT! Like I said it’s my go to which sometimes it’s every night for me and my family at 40.00 or more a night and that is not exaggerating it. That’s averaging it out. However, I’m done. I’d rather starve then eat there and be treated like that when it’s probably that person that took our cash payment. Who knows, but the way the second child (opinion) acted like we didn’t pay and order was canceled or whatever he was saying and running back and forth to that guy. I have no clue. All I know is that was the last time I go there. BTW: I have the receipt and it was the sand springs oklahoma one. Will upload receipt.

I've been to location (store # 249) several times, and each time the food orders have been incorrect. Also each time, there is ice cream or soda all over the lid and outside of the cups. They don't pay too much attention to things, or maybe they do and they just dont care too much. Also, on my most recent trip (which will be the last time I spend money here), I asked for "Braum's sauce" for my french fries (as I've done every other time) and they charged me $3.99 for a small container. The size of the container isn't an issue whatsoever, but to charge me for it!? And to charge me $3.99!?!? Thiefs or crooks I don't know for sure. Right away I inquired about it and o was blown off and told that was normal. I will not be back. But it's clear (by reading the other reviews) that it doesnt matter to the owners.

Who doesn't love braum's salads they are delicious but before you eat it pick out all the trash at the bottom of the salad, the rotten lettuce can cause tummy aches, and sometimes the rotting lettuce is slimy and you have to return it to store and most times the employees don't like to give your a refund stating it's opened and picked through šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø TOTALLY UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY PREPARED THE SALAD AND THEY DONT CARE THAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU ROTTEN LETTUCE.. PUTTING YOUR HEALTH AT RISK FOR A STORE SALE😔 and they have the audacity to give you (1) pack of dressing for such a large salad, but maybe because they know the trash(rotting lettuce) is at the bottom šŸ¤”šŸ§

I stopped at the Braum’s at I-40 and Mustang Rd earlier this evening to buy some carry out food for dinner and some groceries for our large family. When I returned home, I noticed that a salad that I paid $7.49 for was missing. I called and was told that I could come back and get it. No apology for the error. I asked how I would be compensated for the fact that I had to get back in my car and drive back to retrieve it. I was informed that there was nothing that would be done and I could either get a salad or request a refund. In the meantime, I noticed that we were also shorted a 1/4 pound cheeseburger (I thought it was a jalapeƱo burger, but wasn’t sure since all the sandwiches are wrapped in the exact same paper), meaning that 2 family members would get no dinner. So, I got back in the car and returned to the Braum’s and indicated that I was shorted 2 items. The employee at the counter stated that he made all the sandwiches and was going to ā€œstudy the film.ā€ He stormed off and disappeared for a solid 15 minutes while I was standing there. I guess the presumption was that I had lied about my order being shorted by 2 items since I had only noticed the missing salad when I called. Our order consisted of a total of 11 hamburgers - 6 large sandwiches and a ā€œbag of burgers.ā€ Our family has been regular customers of various Braum’s locations since relocating to Oklahoma with the USAF over 14 years ago. We regularly spend $50-$80 a week between grocery items from the fresh market and the restaurant at various locations near our home. I am disappointed with the terrible customer service and extremely dismayed about the fact that I was accused of lying about my order. After a lengthy wait at the food counter, I was provided with a salad and a sandwich that I had already paid for as part of my initial $52.18 restaurant order and sent on my way. Up to now, we have been very regular Braum’s customers and have never had this sort of experience at any location. Now that I am aware of what happens when there is an error, I will not be eager to...

Today May 19th @ 3pm.

I had a terrible experience at the 13th & Garnett location, and I feel compelled to share it.

When I went to pick up my order at the drive-thru, the manager literally threw six shakes out the window at me with a horrible attitude—acting like I hadn’t even paid, even though I had. I asked what her problem was, and she kept being rude. Other employees even apologized to me for her behavior.

On top of that, the shakes she threw at me weren’t even mine. I had only ordered two—one chocolate and one vanilla. When I said no one was helping me, I was still ignored. I parked and went inside with my two kids to try and resolve things. I spoke to the manager, and she apologized, saying she wasn’t talking to me but to her employees. I told her that still wasn’t acceptable, and that she owed them an apology too.

Meanwhile, I still never got the two shakes I originally ordered. I stood there with my children being completely ignored.

Then a stand-by customer—not even an employee—accused me of using foul language. And somehow, the conversation turned into someone threatening to call the cops. At that point, I said I absolutely would call the cops—for being verbally insulted by an employee in the drive-thru and treated like I didn’t matter. I was clearly provoked, and the way the situation was escalated against me was completely inappropriate.

Eventually, the general manager gave me a refund and offered me the shakes—but at that point, why would I want them? After all that, I had zero trust in how my order would be handled. I honestly feared they may have been tampered with.

I also called the corporate office to report this—and they hung up on me.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. All of this could’ve been avoided with basic respect and...
