I have been going to this Braumās in sand springs for 40 plus years (across river then they moved to other side of river then they rebuilt it).I have had issues here and there but as much as I go itās to be expected. Annoying but I go on. Braumās is mine and my kids go to. However, today was the worst time Iāve ever had there and I NEVER get offended with anything at all. Well this KID (in my opinion) managed to highly offend me. I ordered my food and pulled up to pay. I handed the first child ( opinion) cash. Which I guess he didnāt know how to count because I was owed 22 cents and he gave me 17 cents. Whatever. I pull up to the 2nd window and the second child (my opinion) refused to give me my sonās ice cream. Really hateful he said Did you pay. I said yes I did. He said let me see your receipt: I handed him my receipt. He looked at it for a minute and looked at me and then he said okay and handed me the ice cream. Okay, first off thereās a customer service friendly way to go about handling something like that instead of automatically thinking someone did something and get hateful before they ask for evidence. Secondly, if any of them had a brain, in my opinion, why donāt they check out the potential child taking the cash (not credit card) and watch him pocketing it and then canceling the order which is more of what it could be instead of accusing people who pay with cash and treat them like dirt when I probably make more money than all of them combined. I could be called every name in the book and not be offended. But being treated like I didnāt pay when I did and them all talking about it could ruin someones job especially if itās a high paying job and you are looked upon to run a lot of different stores. Some child potentially accuses you of something instead of giving great customer service and handling it professionally. I spend A LOT of money there. A LOT! Like I said itās my go to which sometimes itās every night for me and my family at 40.00 or more a night and that is not exaggerating it. Thatās averaging it out. However, Iām done. Iād rather starve then eat there and be treated like that when itās probably that person that took our cash payment. Who knows, but the way the second child (opinion) acted like we didnāt pay and order was canceled or whatever he was saying and running back and forth to that guy. I have no clue. All I know is that was the last time I go there. BTW: I have the receipt and it was the sand springs oklahoma one. Will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped at the Braumās at I-40 and Mustang Rd earlier this evening to buy some carry out food for dinner and some groceries for our large family. When I returned home, I noticed that a salad that I paid $7.49 for was missing. I called and was told that I could come back and get it. No apology for the error. I asked how I would be compensated for the fact that I had to get back in my car and drive back to retrieve it. I was informed that there was nothing that would be done and I could either get a salad or request a refund. In the meantime, I noticed that we were also shorted a 1/4 pound cheeseburger (I thought it was a jalapeƱo burger, but wasnāt sure since all the sandwiches are wrapped in the exact same paper), meaning that 2 family members would get no dinner. So, I got back in the car and returned to the Braumās and indicated that I was shorted 2 items. The employee at the counter stated that he made all the sandwiches and was going to āstudy the film.ā He stormed off and disappeared for a solid 15 minutes while I was standing there. I guess the presumption was that I had lied about my order being shorted by 2 items since I had only noticed the missing salad when I called. Our order consisted of a total of 11 hamburgers - 6 large sandwiches and a ābag of burgers.ā Our family has been regular customers of various Braumās locations since relocating to Oklahoma with the USAF over 14 years ago. We regularly spend $50-$80 a week between grocery items from the fresh market and the restaurant at various locations near our home. I am disappointed with the terrible customer service and extremely dismayed about the fact that I was accused of lying about my order. After a lengthy wait at the food counter, I was provided with a salad and a sandwich that I had already paid for as part of my initial $52.18 restaurant order and sent on my way. Up to now, we have been very regular Braumās customers and have never had this sort of experience at any location. Now that I am aware of what happens when there is an error, I will not be eager to...

I had a terrible experience at the 13th & Garnett location, and I feel compelled to share it.
When I went to pick up my order at the drive-thru, the manager literally threw six shakes out the window at me with a horrible attitudeāacting like I hadnāt even paid, even though I had. I asked what her problem was, and she kept being rude. Other employees even apologized to me for her behavior.
On top of that, the shakes she threw at me werenāt even mine. I had only ordered twoāone chocolate and one vanilla. When I said no one was helping me, I was still ignored. I parked and went inside with my two kids to try and resolve things. I spoke to the manager, and she apologized, saying she wasnāt talking to me but to her employees. I told her that still wasnāt acceptable, and that she owed them an apology too.
Meanwhile, I still never got the two shakes I originally ordered. I stood there with my children being completely ignored.
Then a stand-by customerānot even an employeeāaccused me of using foul language. And somehow, the conversation turned into someone threatening to call the cops. At that point, I said I absolutely would call the copsāfor being verbally insulted by an employee in the drive-thru and treated like I didnāt matter. I was clearly provoked, and the way the situation was escalated against me was completely inappropriate.
Eventually, the general manager gave me a refund and offered me the shakesābut at that point, why would I want them? After all that, I had zero trust in how my order would be handled. I honestly feared they may have been tampered with.
I also called the corporate office to report thisāand they hung up on me.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had. All of this couldāve been avoided with basic respect and...
