We are so happy we contacted them. They were one of three bids we acquired. Their approach to our issue (175’ trenching to new shop and 60’ trenching to new well house) was the most logical and easiest to understand. He accomplished the shop pre-wiring the first day and the trenching the next (Oklahoma rain...). Even when he encountered some underground obstacles (that boulder though ... :) ), he powered right through those and did not let that slow him down. Something that impressed me the most was his rapport with OKC inspectors. They were thoroughly impressed with his efforts which just makes you feel great knowing it is being done to a higher standard than what the inspectors even expect. I had a couple addendums to the work, my planning failure. He accommodated me and finished it with absolutely fabulous results. My husband could not be happier.

I called to schedule a ceiling fan replacement for a high ceiling. Campbell & Son came and removed the old fan. When they opened the box for the new fan, they noticed the wire wasn't long enough to reach the ceiling through the pole even though the exterior of the box said it had a long enough wire.

Campbell & Son contacted the company and weren't given a useful answer so they told us we would need to return this fan and purchase another. I'm confused how I will be able to know if another fan will work. Am I going to have to purchase it, open it, and call them out to examine it? Based on this experience, the box description may not be correct.

Had to have a lot of electrical work done on an old house to pass Del City's code inspection. Nick Campbell worked with the city's inspector on his own initiative to find a solution that wouldn't require us to rip up all our walls to replace all the wiring in the house. He communicated clearly with us every step of the way, called when he said he'd call, showed up when he said he'd show up, and was extremely diligent and thorough with making sure we satisfied the city's requirements. I'm extremely pleased with his work and customer service and will happily call them again and recommend them to anyone else. They're good people.
