I purchased two 1 hour massages on Groupon during their “Father’s Day special”. My husband then called to make an appointment and we came in at the time scheduled, even though the woman on the phone didn’t take any of our information when creating the appointment. Upon arrival I presented the Groupons and she did not understand that the massages had been paid for prior. When she figured that out (using google translate) she asked that we “use the Groupon next time but pay this time because Groupon takes a lot of their money”. We told her that we were prepared to tip generously but wanted to use the Groupons as we had already paid. She got frustrated and rushed us into a room that smelt of cigarette smoke and gave us no instructions. I popped my head out to ask if we were supposed to get undressed and she said yes. As I went back into the room I could hear the employees arguing in another language. We then undressed and laid down and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before collectively deciding to leave. They never came back into the room and chased us to our car to tell us that our Groupons had been redeemed. So not only did they get paid by Groupon but they didn’t even touch us. No services were rendered whatsoever. I’ve never had a worse massage experience. What was supposed to be relaxing turned stressful hearing people arguing over our Groupons in an empty massage parlor. YoYo was incredible. I received a deep tissue massage and let me tell you she knows her pressure points. I have had this inflammation in my underarm that's like a ball and I didn't mention it to her, but somehow she found out and tried to translate to me that it was causing tightness on my upper body. I have received numerous massages even expensive deep tissue work in the city, although they worked well it was pricey. This place is priced very well and I will be coming here often. I just moved here from Las Vegas and happy I found a place where I can get some relief. Yoyo was amazing and if you can't talk to her, just have Google translator help you.
