Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how talented this individual is! I was referred to Robert by Rebecca at Cypress Creek Vintage when I asked about my great grandmother’s wedding band. I had been told by multiple jewelers in Kentucky where I live that the ring simply could not be resized. It is a mid century modern band with white and yellow gold and was TINY. My Mamaw was a very small woman and the band measured about 4.5 I wear a 7.75. They said if they melted it down it would ruin the design and possibly break it and they didn’t want to touch it because it was a family heirloom. Well, in walks Rebecca at Cypress Creek, I told her what I had been told and she told me about Robert and the process he uses with a laser and not only that, his ability to recreate the etching on the gold he added. You all, I have done nothing but stare at the beauty of the finished product. PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGH INTEGRITY!!! I went to Journey Jewelers to get help with designing a single ring using my husband and my wedding rings. My husband, the love of my life, passed away a couple weeks ago and I want to wear our rings for the rest of my life. Robert and the entire staff were so very helpful, patient and compassionate. In about two hours, they had resized my husbands ring for me and worked with me to see how best to wear the rings. I left the rings with them so they could finish the sizing and polishing. Before I left, they said they would add an inscription on the rings for me. I was so shocked that they would do such a kind act for a stranger. I sent them my proposed inscription and they amazingly were able to get it to fit. I picked them up this morning and LOVE them, they are so beautiful all sparkly and shiny and the inscriptions were perfect! Thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable! I was looking for a jewelry repair shop and came across this company on Google. Based on the many positive Google reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I’m SO GLAD that I did!! I first called them to ask a simple question. They were quick to answer the phone. The gentleman that I spoke with was kind and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I drove 30 mins from my house to here. Once I entered the building I was greeted with a hello and excellent customer service! I showed the gentleman my ring and we discussed what needed repaired along with the pricing.
