Karens Ultimate Treasures Flea Market — Local services in Oklahoma City

Very little offered. Only two-three people were actually there managing their booth so no one was there to ask questions. A lot of older things offered but hardly anything had pricing listed. The one thing I did find of interest was a roll of old wrapping paper but when I asked for the price, she wanted more than what I later found it was listed for, for wrapping paper! It wasn't busy at all for a Saturday. There was only one other customer there for what is listed as a flea market business. Regarding the person who posts ads on Facebook for this place, I couldn't even find the items or the location you stated in your FB ads. This place could be a lot better if people were there and dedicated to their booths.... To the owner's response, my review is not to be negative towards anybody or any business at all. My job as a reviewer, is to give accurate information for anybody interested in visiting. I'm so happy that you have been able to keep your doors open for nine and a half years. That is an astounding achievement in itself. If pricing is up to the booth owners, how do you get into contact if no one is there? If it is ranch strictly by you on behalf of them, they need to be willing to give you the option to change the price of any item if the pricing issue were to be brought up. Came here for a car meet on Sunday. Place was packed outside But inside it was so dirty and out of place to the very nice people and stalls outside. Especially when the black lady who was sitting up front went to the back and started to scream at a vendor! I couldn't catch everything she was complaining about but that's no way to treat your vendors! There is no staff and it looks as though the ones who do "work" here just hangout up front and do nothing. Everywhere me and my wife stepped we would find several roachs scurrying around. And apparently they serve food here? With roaches? If you see a roach it means they have been there for about 6-12months if that gives ya a good picture on the owners lack of upkeep here. I visit Karen's flea market at least once per week. The owner and staff are super friendly, and helpful. I have found many treasures at Karen's, and some of those are the people that manage the market. You might have to dig a little, but I've been a picker for 40 years, so digging doesn't bother me. They have a restaurant in the back that is run by culinary pros. If you go, you must try the risotto and their variety of delicious egg rolls and other fare. Recently we ate some hot link and taco egg rolls, and they were fantastic. I have found so many good deals at Karen's that I will continue to stop by weekly. They're good people, and will make you a deal. I would give more stars...
