Been using this company for a long time both personally and then commercially. Mike left an amazing legacy in the hands of his family and they have all done an fantastic job since being passed the torch on growing that legacy and not just riding the wave. Staying true to their humble and down to earth form.

No matter the project I send over, Metal/plastic engraved tags, safety signs (metal & stickers), numerous of vinyl projects, t-shirts, the occasional promotional product order they have always come through with above expectation results. I am just one contact in my company that uses them and you can ask any of the others and will say the same thing.

This last project I sent over, was the absolute shortest spur of the moment deadline I have ever tasked them with. I was tasked with the assignment already past the wire and this was a drop what you are doing focus on this only is already too late to pull this off type of thing for them. The one job of all times to say we just cannot make that happen, variables are beyond control and it is what it is for both sides. Not only did say challenged accepted and pull it off, they got it done without the need of holding up logistics and sending a chaser truck on our end that I offered to do in order to buy that little bit more time. I came to Lettering Express after searching for a 3M Preferred Installer for my vehicle wrap. Justin, CJ, and the rest of the team did a great job throughout the process. They provided me with proofs of how the wrap would look on my vehicle (even though they didn’t create the wrap). They coordinated the installation to accommodate my travel schedule. When an issue arose with the wrap, they managed getting a replacement piece from the wrap manufacturer. Finally, when I needed to have someone pick up the car on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule final payment in a method that helped me out as a small business owner. Friendly, professional, and qualified: I’m not sure what else a business could want from a vendor partner. I will definitely use Lettering Express for future wrap work, and will go out of my way to consider them for the wrap design and production piece if possible. I recommend them...

I'm not sure who worked your closing shift tonight, but that man was AWESOME! We don't live here, and are from 1.5hrs away. We came to OKC this weekend for a huge wrestling event, and on our way back to our hotel room, we realized something was wrong with one of our tires. Y'all's business was the first place we could turn into, and before we could even understand what was fully going on, he was outside, offering to help air us up, pointed out the nearest tire repair place, and told us we could come in for the restroom or water or anything we needed. On top of that, I'm 7.5 months pregnant, and we had 4 kids in our car. He went above and beyond in just being a kind human, and I can't say thank you enough. This happened all right before closing time too! If this is how they treat complete strangers, I can't imagine how well they take care...
