Lucky foot massage — Local services in Oklahoma City

I called ahead of time to ensure they were not too busy. The lady on the phone said that now (around 4:30pm on a Monday) was a good time. So, I took my bound-up neck and shoulders to Lucky Foot massage for the first time. Don't let the name fool you, they do more than feet.

Their prices are very good. I checked Massage Envy, and their 60 min body massage is double the price of Lucky Foot. Plus, you can't book less than 60 min from what I could see. I just needed 30 min on my shoulders and neck. I also looked at MaM Massage & Spa, which does do a 30 min deep tissue for $55, but they were (thankfully) booked for today. Lucky Foot is $35, by the way, for a 30 min chair massage. I paid with Visa, and there was a $3 fee, but I was fine with that - I was told up front when I asked if they accept Visa. It was 38 total with the fee. Worth every penny plus tip.

My masseur (Mia) did an amazing job. It was one of the best massages I have had. First ever chair massage - it was just what I needed. Affordable enough for me to do at least once a month. She used an oil that I really enjoyed. Something from Chinese medicine that helps sore muscles. Kind of smells like menthol, but she let me smell first before applying - and I do not regret letting her use it! So relaxing.

Mia was very nice and personable. I read a ton of reviews to different walk-ins-welcome massage places (including Lucky Foot). I saw a review where someone complained about pressure and discomfort - to that I say, speak up! If they ask if it's okay, which they typically do, then politely say no!!! Tell them it's not to your comfort level - don't stay silent then leave a negative review. I also read a review (I think for a different place) where the masseur answered the phone in the middle of the massage because they were short staffed. Let's get off our high horses and recognize that small businesses don't always have a fancy receptionist to only take calls. Think about how much less you're paying. I got amazing service. Clearly Mia knew what she was doing. She even recommended that I get a pillow made for side sleepers to help with my shoulder pain. She is very knowledgeable.

The environment is calm and relaxing. It's not a day spa, so don't go in thinking you're going to get the Hollywood treatment (whatever that is). I will be going back to Lucky Foot. I'll be sending my husband to get a massage. May even get a couples massage when the kiddos are in preschool. However, Mia told me that if the kids are content hanging out in the massage room, there are chairs for them to sit and quietly play on their tablets or color or whatever! So sweet.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Laid back, affordable, and a 30 minute deep tissue chair massage was just what I needed before going back to work 12 hour shifts. Thank you thank you...

I used to go to places like this ALL the time in California, now I have one here in OKC!

Their best deal is a 1 hour "foot reflexology massage" which is a very standard whole-body massage with cloths-on for $40. This is set in a semi-private room with several "beds". They also have 30 minute options. This is great if you want to bring a friend and do a casual "thing" together. I usually do the 60 minute option.

Today I got something special tho. My mom and I both went and got the COMBO: 45 minute body + 45 minute Foot massage. $88 for 1.5 hours! We had a private room all to ourselves. You do undress for this massage. It was EXCELLENT. Great massage for a great price.

When I messaged them on Google Maps, their response time was incredibly fast, within minutes. They were able to accommodate us promptly for a 60-minute couples massage with cupping.
