Been here before and usually you sit in the truck and security comes out to your truck and checks everything from paperwork to truck and trailer number to even the seal. Well this morning 8/8/24 the African American lady just sat in her chair and water to play the staring contest and then got up to proceed to yell out the door while sitting to have me walk to her with the paperwork she asked if I’ve been here before and I said yes and usually people come out to the truck and she responded with it depends who’s working and I’m not one of those I sit here and that’s it you guys come to me with all the information even the seal number so I don’t have to get up. As a Trucker. I had the pleasure of being treated like a valuable person from the guard shack/ check in with my guy name Ben to the 2 beautiful, sexy, fine ladies n the receiving office. Ben has the spirit & professionalism of a saint yall & was cool as a block of ice 🧊. Lol.. And them 2 ladies at the receiving office were so cool, friendly as heck, laid back & happy to help me. Keep up the great work here at the Okc, ok. Disturbution center. Yall r definitely on top of yall game & I'm glad Sam's hired great folks like yall. And I was n & out n a hour & a half. Thx guys.. This place is an absolute waste if you have a less than two or three thousand years clock I suggest you not come here I had 11:45 appointment it is now going on 1:00 I called to ask to see if they had started to unload they told me they have just opened the doors I feel this is very irritating and pathetic for a company is big as Sam's Club really need to do better to understand that drivers only have 11 hour clock a day with that being said unless you have a fresh clock recommend not coming here because they are slow and I personally think this is unacceptable for...
