Ioway Casino — Local services in Oklahoma

The casino is a nice place, my wife and I enjoy coming here. The floor staff in the casino are the nicest people I've come across in any casino. They are very friendly and courteous. It is the cleanest casino I have been in. They provide enough people to keep the place clean, and any ashtrays seem to be emptied immediately. We seem to have good luck here and win more than we lose.

But the restaurant could use some help. The service by the waitstaff is friendly but slower than most places, and tables are not cleaned quickly after a diner leaves. I've eaten here enough to know it's not a one time thing. I have not received cold food like other reviewers, but the kitchen does takes some time to deliver too. I've waited about 40 minutes for most meals, so maybe it's just one cook in the kitchen. The portions are big and the price is right. I love the catfish dinner, 3 very big fillets. Try the fried mushrooms, onion rings, and you'll keep coming back. I'm waiting for the day I am very hungry because the steaks look huge and people have raved about them. I wish their seats were cushioned because your ass will get tired waiting for the meal. I'll keep going...

The absolute worst casino I have ever been to with respect to payout percentage in Oklahoma — and I have the footage. Podunk to the extreme. Simply a bizarre place. All I witnessed were low class and insignificant patrons and workers trapped in the styx. I will definitely be posting on instagram and other platforms and a showcasing of what the “worst casinos are like” (in Vegas vs Oklahoma). If you are a genuine high roller, STAY AWAY. No playtime was given (best bingo pattern was a T, or 60 credits with quite a bit of testing output patterns).

Plenty of better alternatives in Oklahoma: Golden Pony, Blackhawk, Seminole, Grand, any Comanche casino, Riverwind, and EVEN New Castle (which I am generally not fond of)! Better yet, head to Red River or Choctaw Durant if you want to have some idea what FUN gambling actually potentially entails.

My rating is in the middle due to the two bad experiences in a row at the restaurant. Saturdays my husband and I meet my parents for dinner here, driving over an hour. On 2/23/19 which was our worse experience, it took over an hour to receive our food, other people were coming and going after us, who had way more complicated orders. Once or order was received the sandwich my mother and I were sharing was stone cold, we were kind and asked to have it heated up, 10 min later came back cold again. Out waitress asked her manager twice to come speak with us at Her request. DeAndre refused to show us any remorse for how her restaurant was being ran that night, and was unwilling to take responsibility for what was going on, and from what I've observed does not know how to properly manage or treat...
