The casino is clean, safe, and has friendly staff. It has a decent number of slot machines. I visit about once every other month. On most of my visits in 2017, I made a little bit of money, and one time I hit a small jackpot. At the very least, my money would last for a couple of hours. However, since January of 2018, my two most recent visits have left me with zilch. I was playing max bets ($5 per spin). Went with my younger brother today and the service was horrible. Our server crystal completely ignored us to the point we had to wait 20 minutes after our plates had already been cleared by a manager for that same manager to bring us our tab to pay even though crystal walked by several times at one point I even tried to politely stop her to ask for my tab and she just continued walking towards the back ignoring us, while the food was a decent price my steak was chewy and hard to cut. ordered potato skins and french onion soup to go. hostess has no clue how to check on orders. waited 30 min. before manager got involoved because another customer started complaining to tell me they had to make fresh soup. brings me wrong soup and had to wait few minutes for the right one. hostess needs to learn customer servicd skills and not sit there and roll silverware when you have upset customers asking wheres are food .
