I've seen this condominium decline if the management and all the employees don't change quickly, because for me, it doesn't save anyone! The rules here don't work for everyone. Every day there are threatening emails from the office. The place is super dirty, it smells like garbage. The employee lives in the condominium and wants to keep an eye on people who smoke on the balcony. Children scream on the balcony all the time. They picked on my children for being autistic. In fact, these people who work in the office hate children. The only thing missing here is a sign saying that children are not allowed to live there! I've had several notifications these days. I saw 10 people leaving by the pool because they say only two guests are allowed! And here, if you send an email complaining about something, you become rude because the manager is rude and unprofessional. If she stays in this condominium, she will bankrupt the company! Be careful because you can be kicked out of the apartment like I was for just helping your friend take care of two children! For me, it was the worst experience I've ever had. You won't have a day of peace in this place! I got a dog and she wouldn't accept a leash. They upset me so much that I was forced to put a leash on my dog because she was always on my lap! The employee Loryn who lives in the condominium can keep her dog without a leash. I sent photos to the office and it still comes out as wrong! In this place they can do anything and we as residents can't do anything anymore! And the employee Chris comes to your house when he breaks something and if he arrives you don't open the door, he opens it and enters without authorization. He thinks he owns the condominium and he already caught me almost naked! My advice is to rent anywhere except the Cendana condominium. The manager refuses to give out her boss's contact information because I would love to have a meeting with him. I have countless photos...
Read moreThe apartments look nice on the outside but the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors from all sides. The floors are dull and dingy which makes the floors constantly look dirty even after cleaning. Pipes froze over winter months due to where they ran their plumping -common on davis development properties. The property manager as well as the assistant manager and the leasing agent "Jen" are extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend staying away from any and all davis development properties because they sell all their properties within a year of being built leaving the tenets with new owners and new prices. Speaking of prices you could go to thrive at creekside and get a 3 bedroom town home with a 2 car garage for the price of their 3 bedroom apartment. Garage price at Cendana are extremely outrageous anywhere from 175 to 300 for a 1 car garage. Parking isnt the best on property either again i repeat LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
In response yes I am a former employee and was fired for having long hair that was tied up in a bun so was that fair? Is it fair that I was still receving fire alarm emergency calls at 2 am in the morning and all throughout the day and night randomly for the last 4 months after not being employed there? Dont worry HR I did your property managers job for her and had them finally had them remove me which let me tell you was not easy when your not an employee anymore so as of august 31st i feel that if anything you owe me for having to deal with your incompetence. also was a resident and everything said was true, fair and accurate. RENTERS AND FUTURE EMPLOYEES BEWARE!!! I used to think davis Development was a good company but after what i went through I can never speak highly of this...
Read moreI’ve really enjoyed living at Cendana. It’s a modern, thoughtfully designed community that feels both upscale and connected to nature. The location is fantastic — right next to trails and green space, with a resort-style pool that’s one of the best I’ve seen in any apartment complex. Think cabanas, multiple grills, loungers in the water — the works.
The clubhouse is packed with amenities: there’s a rec room with a pool table and chef’s kitchen, a game room with air hockey and foosball, a reservable movie theater, and even a dog wash station. The fitness center rivals any paid gym, with two levels of equipment in a sleek, open loft design.
There’s also a dog park, elevators and trash chutes in each building, and a secured Luxer One package system that works great for Amazon deliveries. EV charging stations are available on-site, and while the car wash area is free (a nice perk), there is a coin-operated vacuum with a short cycle. Hoping this is changed soon, but if that’s my only complaint- I’ll live with it!
The office staff is genuinely welcoming — always nice to grab a coffee or latte and chat when stopping by. My neighbors have been kind and respectful, and I feel safe and proud to call this place home.
One tip: if you can, tour the specific apartment you’ll be moving into rather than just the models. Layouts and views vary, and it’s worth making sure you find the right fit for your preferences.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, amenity-rich place to live in a beautifully...
