Stacey is a woman of integrity. When she does something, I know it will be well thought out and carefully executed. In Your Element Wellness provides a warm and inviting space to relax and take in the sound bath that she creates. It's different, and at first I wasn't sure what to expect, but after a few minutes it became clear that this was a unique and wonderful time to heal and let go of the day's stresses. Stacey is calm and doesn't pressure anyone to do anything. She presented the evening's task and let us decide how to take it in. Not to say she doesn't offer guidance, because she does.
