Ron the owner has been harassing my business for the past month. I sold him generator contracts as is well over 2 years ago. This was all done cash. Now 2 years later he’s looking to invoice me for contracts that aren’t even mine any more. I was very upfront with him about the status of a lot of these and I also gave him all my tools, material and any thing else related to the generators. We are a commercial company so we don’t need them anymore. But the owner is delusional coming back to me 2 years later and asking for money. I’ve never heard of anything like it. Imagine buying a car and 2 years later asking the dealership to pay for an oil change. I would not recommend dealing with someone like this. Make sure if you buy a generator from him everything is clear and up front or expect a bill 2 years...
