I had gone to Berks CTS for one of their one night evening classes. I arrived for the class on the scheduled date only to find that they had rescheduled the class without telling me. It was a little annoying seeing as I had driven 45mins to the class and taken off work early for nothing. I understood that mistakes do happen so I called the person that scheduled me Vicki Forman. She did not apologize for the miscommunication and rescheduled me for the class. The day before the class I called the CTC and confirmed that they were going to have the class on the scheduled date they said yes. The next day I arrive for the class on the scheduled date for the second time and find that once again they rescheduled the class without telling me. Once again no real apologies, no partial of full refund, and no offer to compensate me for my time. I once again rescheduled the class and arrived. Thankfully they actually had the class. I would highly recommend trying to find another CTC for your education. If you have to go here then avoid going to Vicki Forman for your class...

IEP middle school student received a denial letter due to “an unprecedented number of students submitted applications for admission”.
