I regularly shop for all type of supplies at Ace Hardware in Oliver Springs. The owner manager Eric Coker treats both me and all customers with great respect and always trust to help me with any hardware or home accessories I need. Anytime you cannot find a product you need at Home Depot or Lowes Eric Coker at Ace will usually be able to find it for you. Je at least takes time to try. They also work on small engine equipment such as weedeaters, chainsaws and lawnmowers. They are always trying to help the customer solve their problem without charging them a fortune like the bigger chain stores do. They also have a small firearms department. They don't have many firearms in inventory; however, they are willing to order any firearm , ammo, or accessary they can find for you. This is one of the oldest and nicest Ace Hardward i have ever been in. The knowledge of the owner manager excels any Hardware store manager i have ever dealt with. I guarantee that if you ever go there once you will never go to another big store hardware again because your time spent there will be worth more to both...

I used this Ace Hardware as an FFL for a gun purchase. I contacted the location ahead of time and let them know the gun would be coming. When I was notified by the retailer that the gun was received by the FFL, I went to pick it up. For some reason this FFL opened the boxes that the rifle was sealed in prior to my arrival and the rear sight was missing. I contacted the supplier and they sent a new sight. I discussed this with the supplier and they assured me that every weapon is inspected twice before being boxed up and sealed - a box inside another box. I am not casting blame on anyone, but I am curious why Ace Hardware would open a rifle box before the customer arrives...

What a great store not only for having what may have been an obscure part (Home Depot didn’t have it) but the people that work there. I was impressed with the helpfulness when I walked in the door. The associate had some uncertainty of the plumbing part I was looking for and when promptly to the store manager and I was blown away by his knowledge of who made the part and exactly where it was. I decided then and there this would be my hardware store from now...
