This is beyond unacceptable! I was made to sit there for OVER FIVE HOURS just to deliver my load. FIVE HOURS of pure WASTED TIME. No updates, no communication, just complete disregard for my time and my job as a truck driver. It’s utterly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Driver arrived at pickup as scheduled. After sitting at the dock for 3 hrs, driver was told they had a production breakdown so product will not be ready and driver was asked to leave facility. Things happen machines break so thats understandable....understandable until the insults began....$75 TONU on a truck and driver that was at their disposal for 12 hrs. Thats $6/hr.
